The Montreal chapter of the Canadian Institute of Geomatics (CIG) is now receiving nominations to fill the committee. Mandates are about two years and are voluntary contribution.

In addition to promoting geomatics in the Montreal area, the Montreal Branch will organize in the coming months, a symposium similar as its last event, Geomatics 2013 ( www.geomatique2013.com). All directors should be concretely involved in carrying out these activities in order to make a success of this event.

The Board of Directors meets monthly outside working hours except during the two months preceding the conference where, meetings are held at a more frequent rate, approximately each two weeks.

Any member of the CIG Montreal Branch wishing to be a candidate must be supported by two other members (in good standing) whose signatures must appear on this bulletin.
